Ok, so I spent about 15-30 minutes with my brother’s Macbook, and I know Tech is sorta Anay’s terf, but I’m also gonna review what I could use of it.
First Off: If a program is made by Apple and on a Mac and a PC, it’s different on a Mac.
Second: I wasn’t connected to the internet, so I didn’t test any of the online stuff, but I will later.
Let’s begin.
The Design: I love the design of the Macbook. It’s sleek, glossy, rounded, and just all around sexy. The keyboard is one of the best, if not THE best keyboard on a laptop I have ever used. The whole laptop is flattened and so the keys are raised, making the response a lot better when you hit the keys, and make a more satisfying result with hitting any key. The screen is big enough to fit any crap you want, but small enough to take up just the right amount of space. It’s big and it’s bright. Oh, and there’s the built in webcam right above it.
The OS: Leopard is awesome. I am an Apple fanboy, so I know I may be a bit biased, but I love it. It’s sleek, the toolbars help a ton, and for everyone who says it’s slow, that’s just because you have never tried it. It’s almost faster than my PC.
So, in my 15 minutes, I didn’t do much, but I loved it and I hope to spend more time with it in the future.
Yes, my bro is in college so he had to get a laptop. He got a Macbook. I hate him for it. I am going to see if he will let me mess around with it so I can put up a review of it. Oh, and he got a free iPod Touch with it so I will also ask if I can mess around with that. 2 reviews from one man!

Engadget got the inside pics of some secret spy shots of the dream, in it’s T-mobile costume. Without Mr. Blurry cam too! These pics match the FCC specs and leaked videos, but there has been no pictures that match the detail of these. The phone looks good but not excellent. The keyboard looks really nice, but the metal design reminds me of those metal squares on airplaine seats on the arm rests (Random, I know. That comment isn’t negative or positive though). Head on over here to see more pics.
At G4TV.com, John Manalang posted an interesting post on The Feed: What makes some one a Hardcore Gamer?
I highly suggest you check it out.
Ok, I like to review things as soon as possible, but then if I do, I like to re-review that thing because if something is new and awesome, you get over excited and focus on the good and forget the bad. That was the case when I reviewed “RIOT!” by Paramore. So, here ya go! It’s a day later and I have had the album sink in. Re-review!
In no way is this a bad album, but it is also not the best album I have heard. That is a tie between “Hybrid Theory” and “The Fragile.” The thing is, this is a very good album, but it does have it’s cons.
A few songs feel out of place, and the flow is almost a bit choppy. A few songs are just not as good as the others, with my least favorite song on the album being “Hallelujah.” Let’s also face this, the lead singer is very good, but she is NOT the best lead singer ever. I kinda made it sound like she was and she is not, but still very good.
Most of the time they pull off the type of song well. But some of the softer songs on the album are kinda… what’s the word? They are… poor. They are fine, but I have heard many better songs.
Also, one of the most famous songs from the album, Crushcrushcrush, is very overrated. The chorus is awesome, but the rest of the song is pretty “meh.” And I also fail to see how the “They tapped you mouth…” part has anything to do with the rest of the song.
So, I still suggest that you pick this album up, but just know you probably won’t like all the songs, or you may not like any song. Some of the songs kinda have to grow on you. But I still think you should pick up this album.

Ok, so I was bored today and I was looking at music videos and I wanted to actually listen to Paramore to see if they were good. I listened to 3/4s of Crushcrushcrush and I liked it. I downloaded “RIOT!” by them to see if they were good all around other than just their singles. I thought it was gonna be some Disney Pop Crap. I… thought… WRONG.
First: The lead singer, Hailey (I Think?) is AMAZING. She can actually sing a rock song amazingly, and I MEAN THAT. She is one of the best sorta new/fresh singers I have heard in a LONG time. The guitarist is awesome also. He has some freaking awesome solos. Everyone does an awesome job.
Second: You can’t get much farther from pop. Maybe it is some of pop, but it doesn’t sound like it. It sounds like it’s hardcore rock. And GOOD rock.
Third: I thought the only good songs were gonna be the singles. My favorite songs are the last two songs, which are NOT singles. I mean, I totally judged “the book by it’s cover” and it’s cover kinda looked like a book for a 4 year old with rainbows and unicorns. But it was like the cover was the most lying piece of cardboard ever.
What I am trying to say is I thought since they had a female singer and that they were teens that they were gonna be some Disney crap. And, Paramore, if you ever read this, I am sorry. What I thought was 100% WRONG. I REALLY suggest you buy/download/borrow/whatever this album. It’s a VERY good album. Why am I speaking so formally? It’s FREAKING AMAZING.

So, I played the first Max Pyane and when I heard they were gonna make a Max Pyane movie I was worried. The storyline was so cool and I was worried it wouldn’t translate well. Then I heard Mark Wahlberg, my hopes got a bit higher. Then I saw the first trailer. Then I knew it, it was gonna be AWESOME. Now they just released a new trailer for it and it looks even cooler. Here’s hoping the final product is as good! *crosses fingers*
Apple files patents a lot, but this one is one of the most detailed computer ones. Apparently, Apple must be planning on a desktop version of the iphone. This latest patent is 52 pages long, with details about working it and etc. If I were going to bet the future of this item, I would say it’s not coming for a long time But hey, you never know.
P.S: Creepy demonic hands are a regular in Apple’s patents.
Well, Anay and I had the idea to advertise on Revison3 and I sent them an E-Mail. They replied back with a rate card. Umm… we have to hold back on that. The cheapest is $1,600. Diggnation is $16,000. Wow.
